Pamela Allen is a well known New Zealand born author who currently lives in Sydney, Australia. Pamela Allen writes books for for young children who cannot read yet. Pamela often illustrates her own books in a quirkey way with lots of colour. She dosen't use many similies or metaphors but enjoys using alliteration and onomatopoeias in some of her books. I would reccomend her books to young children who enjoy funny stories.
